Before Shabbat we make sure to cancel all the electronic key cards and replace them with a mechanical key, in places that cannot be replaced we make sure that on every floor a member of the hotel staff will stand and open the door for you, the entire hotel staff receives training in the rules of kosher and a precise explanation of the restrictions involved so that we do not end up in failure chas ve shalom
