The kosher culinary travel team is here to give you the real holiday spirit, with an entire team that will clean and prepare the kitchen for Passover, shopping and cooking all the holiday meals, all that’s left for you is to sit and enjoy the atmosphere of this special holiday, Passover

48h before the eve of the passover, our team will arrive at the house/villa you took for the holiday and will start koshering the place, A neeman kashruth will stay at the place during the hachshara for you

One of the highlights of our company is of course the matter of kosher, our team is skilled in every kosher parameter and will take care of all your aggravations and subtleties so that your holiday will be a happy, delicious, and kosher holiday.

From buying all the kosher products, to complete separation, koshering, checking the leaves and of course all the highlights during Passover. We will build you the special menu for you according to your personal tastes and requests, emphasis on allergens, emphasis on your kosher matter on the holiday (no legumes/shmura/, etc.)

pesach eve:

A magnificent Seder bowl, the arrangement of the Passover table. We will take care of all the needs of the holiday table, including table design, preparation of the Passover Seder, special wines, waiters and more..

SHULCHAN ORECH:

First course: chopped liver and lamb fat, potato kigel and homemade pickles;
Second dish: fresh chicken soup and kneidleach like mom’s;
Third course: Locust fish meatballs in Harima sauce and hummus;
Fourth dish: lamb chops, caramelized shallots, braised asparagus;
Fifth course-dessert, hot chocolate souffle and fruit sorbet.
Holiday Morning
First course – sweet potato and silan antipasti;
Second dish – seabass fish in pesto and tempura broccoli;
Third dish – turkey roulade stuffed with mutton, rice and chestnuts;
Forth course – chocolate and coconut mousse
dessert;
Fifth dish – dessert of crème brûlée and berries.

Monday's holiday dinner

First course – locust skewers on polenta;
Second dish – green pea soup;
Third dish – cold roast beef pastrami with sauteed mushrooms;
Fourth dish – slow-cooked asado, campfire potato, caramelized beets and confit garlic.

Saturday night dinner

Fresh and cooked salads.
Matbucha/ tomato salsa/ eggplant in mayonnaise/ halpinio spread/ caramelized potato and onion salad/fresh vegetable salad.
First course – seabass fish in pesto;
Second dish – vegetable and beef soup;
Third dish – chicken confit, stew and soft potato;
Fourth course – head meat cooked in red sauce cauliflower cream and fresh broccoli;
Fifth course – dessert lemon sorbet and lemon and .mint cake

Saturday breakfast

First course – Kigel chopped heavy potato and pickles;
Second course – cold salmon fish with a mixture of garlic and sweet jalapeno and fresh vegetable salad;
Third course – Colnet
Fourth dish – homemade turkey pastrami with honey and silan

third meal

  • Fresh salad bar – 6/8 different types of salads;
  • Spicy fish meatballs;
  • Homemade herring;
  • Red tuna carpaccio;
  • Salmon and mint savitza;
  • Roasted vegetables;
  • Disgusted potato.

Shabbat dinner

  • Salad and cheese bar, wine and pies;
  • Broccoli pie;
  • Cheese pie and white wine;

  • Potato latex;

  • Fresh fruit;
