In our company, the strongest emphasis is, of course, all matters of kashrut. We take it very seriously and pay attention and emphasis to everything and anything, whether it’s about kashruring the food with the best kashruts, whether it’s mixing and electronic electrical problems in modern places, whether it’s about kashruring kitchens and utensils. Because the matter of kosher is so personal to all those vacationers who keep kosher around the world, that’s why we are here to take care of all the parameters needed for this.

We have a team of koshruth supervisors who come with us to every project and take care of all koshruth matters. Preparing the kitchen, buying new utensils, bringing kosher food products and meat with a glatt shchita
Electricity issues on Shabbat:
Before Shabbat we make sure to cancel all the electronic key cards and replace them with a mechanical key, in places that cannot be replaced we make sure that on every floor a member of the hotel staff will stand and open the door for you, the entire hotel staff receives training in the rules of kosher and a precise explanation of the restrictions involved so that we do not end up in failure chas ve shalom
